At Andy's Computer Sales & Services we strive to provide you with computer support that will affordably meet your needs. We provide several repair services and will provide a superior service to you on or off site. If we are unable to fix your computer we will not charge you for our services and time diagnosing your computer.
Computer Repair
As computers age dust and dirt build up inside them causing parts to fail. These parts can usually be replaced for far less than the cost of a new computer.
Unfortunately we do not repair computers onsite, but we do offer a pickup and setup service, taking the hassle out of getting your computer fixed.
Software Installation
Software installation is the process of installing or updating a program in your phone or computer. This includes anything from downloading a new app on your phone to changing your computer software from Windows 7 or 8 to Windows 10 and back again.
When we install a program we make sure it works before returning your device to you or your business. If you are unsure how to use a new app or program we are more than willing to take the time to teach you until you are comfortable with your software.
Virus Removal
A virus removal is the process of manually or automatically deleting or disinfecting a computer virus, malware or other malicious program on a computing device. The process is applied to protect a computer from possible data corruption, loss or system inaccessibility.
We will provide virus removal for your computer or device in a timely manner with a guarantee that if the same virus comes back shortly after removal we will redemolish it for free. Affordability is our policy and we are happy to find and install a virus protection that fits your budget upon request.
Computer Tune-Up
Just like your car, your computer needs regular maintenance to keep it running smoothly. Over time your computer slows down as junk leftover from programs and updates build up.
Along with tuning up the 1 and 0's we clean the inner working of the computer, eliminating dust that builds up inside the computer. Dust is actually a greater threat to your computer than you think. It creates static electricity inside your computer which can short out the delicate electronics and plug fans and heat sinks making the computer overheat.
Hardware Installation
Printers, Fax Machines, and Scanners, are all around to make our lives easier, until it comes to setting them up and configuring them.
We will come onsite and setup your hardware, making your life easier. Or if you are looking to replace your printer or hardware we can point you in an affordable direction.
Broken Screens
Dropping a computer, phone, or tablet hard enough to break a screen can be devastating. It is often cheaper to replace a screen than it is to buy a whole new device. We are not the cheapest screen replacement in town, but we do know our screens are going to last.
